All logos, banners and product descriptions relating to any brands remain the property of that brand. The product we produce and offer, unless clearly stated, will be a genuine fragrance in the packaging we supply. Only the fragrance itself is used from the original manufacturer with no infringement on intellectual property.
Roveys will clearly display the products to which this disclaimer applies which are those assembled, using genuine fragrance products manufactured by the original and intended property rights owner.
Because of the nature of niche perfumes they can only be purchased in high end luxury stores.
Perfumes also take time to develop on the skin when you wear it and so the experience sampling first in your own space, allows you adequate time to give the sample a full wearing…several times, before you make that all-important decision of investing in a full bottle…

All our perfumes are purchased independently from the niche fragrance houses directly to ensure their authenticity, and then carefully decanted independently, into our luxe discovery pod, for your olfactory pleasure!

We offer Post Office Recorded Delivery only to the United Kingdom at this time. No international delivery available at this time.
The relevant delivery cost will be added at checkout.
We hope that you will love your Roveys order, however, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it unopened/untampered for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Your order must be unopened i.e. the security seal is not broken and in its original condition. Proof of Purchase will be validated via our online sale records.
To return a product, please write in the first instance to info@roveys.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return the item with photo evidence.
We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange once the product has been received if it meets our conditions for resale. We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged.
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department immediately on the day of receiving your order and provide evidence photos by email to info@roveys.co.uk for assistance with a return or exchange.
Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion.Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service Department. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage or gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind.
