Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or purchasing from Roveys. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Roveys

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Roveys website (www.roveys.co.uk) and any purchases made through it. Roveys is an independent niche perfume and luxury matchmaker operating as Roveys Niche Collection.

References to "Roveys", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Roveys Niche Collection. References to "you" or "your" refer to the customer or visitor using our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you confirm that:

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.1 What We Offer

Roveys provides the following services and products:

● Curated niche and luxury fragrance products including miniatures, samples, full-sized bottles, and sets● Roveys Roulette — a blind fragrance selection service where customers spin a wheel to receive a curated fragrance box● Layer Like a Pro Sets — curated layering fragrance collections● Roveys Reserve — a premium fragrance curation service● The Wardrobe Collection — a curated fragrance wardrobe experience● The Roveys Scent Quiz — a personalised fragrance matching service● Luxury beauty gifts and complementary products● Fragrance consultancy and experiences

3.2 Independent Retailer Status

Roveys is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an authorised representative of any fragrance brand or house whose products we sell. All fragrances and gifts sold by Roveys are sourced authentically from legitimate supply chains.

We curate, select, and present products based on our own expertise and knowledge. Our opinions, recommendations, and descriptions reflect our independent assessment and are not those of the original brand owners.

4. Orders and Formation of Contract

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. No contract exists between us until we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we despatch your order.

4.2 Roveys Roulette — Special Terms

Roveys Roulette is a blind selection service. By purchasing Roveys Roulette, you acknowledge and agree that:

● The specific fragrance you receive is determined by a randomised spin mechanism and is unknown at the time of purchase● You are purchasing the experience of a curated blind selection, not a specific named product● The fragrance houses in the pool are disclosed on the Roveys Roulette page, but the specific fragrance and house selected for your box is not revealed prior to delivery● The value of the contents is equal to or greater than the purchase price of £49● Your spin number must be included in your order notes at checkout for us to prepare your specific box; if omitted, we reserve the right to allocate a box at our discretion● Due to the nature of the blind selection service, returns and exchanges are not available once the box has been opened (see Section 9)

4.3 Availability

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify our service offering at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Postage and packaging charges are in addition to the product price and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5.3 Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any charges your bank or card provider may apply in connection with declined or failed transactions.

5.4 Bank Transfer Payments

Where payment is made by bank transfer (for example through a direct purchase arranged via WhatsApp or direct communication), your order will not be processed until cleared funds are received. Roveys accepts no liability for orders not processed due to non-receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery availability will be communicated on our website when available. Roveys Roulette is currently available exclusively to UK customers.

6.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. We will endeavour to despatch orders promptly, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, postal strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

6.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Redelivery or replacement costs arising from address errors are your responsibility.

6.4 Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Legal title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6.5 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. Unclaimed items held by us for more than 30 days may be returned to stock.

7. Product Descriptions and Authenticity

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and fragrance notes are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, and presentation may occur. Fragrance descriptions are subjective and may differ from individual to individual based on personal chemistry, climate, and olfactory perception. Such variations do not constitute a fault or misrepresentation.

All products sold by Roveys are genuine and sourced through legitimate channels. We do not sell counterfeit goods. Where products are sold as miniatures or decants, this is clearly disclosed.

Some miniatures and samples are supplied without original retail outer packaging. This is standard practice in the niche fragrance industry and does not affect the authenticity or quality of the fragrance inside.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Roveys website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Roveys or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Roveys name, logo, branding, and tagline ("Date the Fragrance") are the intellectual property of Roveys. Unauthorised use of our branding is strictly prohibited.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on our website is for identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

9.1 Your Statutory Rights

As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods (the cooling-off period), without giving any reason.

9.2 Standard Returns

To initiate a return under your statutory rights, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

9.3 Roveys Roulette — Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, Roveys Roulette boxes cannot be returned once opened. By purchasing Roveys Roulette, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

This exception applies because Roveys Roulette contains personal fragrance products (miniatures and beauty gifts) which, once opened, cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

If you receive a Roveys Roulette box that is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (photographs). We will assess your claim and, where valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If any product you receive is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

9.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless faulty):

● Opened fragrance miniatures, samples, and decants● Opened beauty or personal care products● Opened Roveys Roulette boxes● Digital products or gift vouchers once redeemed

10. The Roveys Scent Quiz and Personalised Recommendations

The Roveys Scent Quiz and any fragrance recommendations we provide are based on your responses and our best assessment of your preferences. Fragrance is highly personal and subjective. We do not guarantee that any recommended fragrance will suit you, as individual reaction to scent can vary significantly.

Fragrance recommendations provided by Roveys are for guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and do not create any warranty, express or implied, that the recommended products will meet your expectations.

11. Acceptable Use

By using our website and services, you agree that you will not:

● Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that contravenes applicable law● Engage in any fraudulent activity, including submitting false orders or payment information● Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems● Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam)● Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable● Infringe the intellectual property rights of Roveys or any third party● Resell or commercially exploit our products without our express written consent● Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website without prior written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe you have violated these terms.

We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roveys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or personal injury.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order or use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

13.2 Website Availability

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website at any time for maintenance, security, or any other reason without prior notice.

13.3 Accuracy of Information

While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without notice.

13.4 Consumer Rights Unaffected

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Message opt-in data and consent status are not shared with third parties for any purpose unrelated to the provision of our messaging service.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, postal or courier strikes, government restrictions, civil unrest, or failure of third-party suppliers.

We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any force majeure event that affects your order and will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the impact on you.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
